Flows are 1410 at Gallatin Gateway Montana. The river has risen drastically over the past week and it has gotten very dirty. This is a great time of year if you like whitewater rafting or kayaking, leave the rods at home or try another drainage. The small streams will open on May 15th and many of the tributaries to the Gallatin will provide some good fishing once the general trout season opens.

Fly Pattern Suggestions: Garden Hackle and Speedometer cable
