Well I took my new found knowledge from the mojo demo last week, and applied it up at the nelle. Was out on the water at 8:00am. I set my pole up exactly as I could remember bassrods was with the maniac minnow. And I wouldn't say I killed 'em, but I managed 4 smallies. Biggest being the first at 13" and the smallest around 8". Even had one that choked up a plastic grub while I was taking the hook out of its mouth.

(I didn't relealize it at the time but I hope I didn't crowd you out Tube Dude. I think that was Tube Babe out there and your car I saw in the parking lot.)

[#0000ff]I did get overrun by the canoe nuts though. See my report.[/#0000ff]

[cool][#0000ff]Yeah, in my post you can see that one of them ran right between me and the bank I was fishing.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Back at the ramp, I was talking with another angler and commented about how my fish had boogied when the canoes ran over me. One of the canoe guys got militant about it...insisting "Our canoes don't scare no fish."[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]Right after you left, a boat that had been fishing up by the mouth of the river almost ran over me on the way back out to the lake...wide open. He could have towed a skier at the speed he was going.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Oh well, it is always good to get on the water...even if your blood pressure takes a hit.[/#0000ff]
