I've had the good fortune to attend a couple of these Expos. Just to make sure I'm clear, I travel from AZ to Utah for no other purpose than to watch FG and her friends do their thing at the vise.
The demo tying is as good as it gets. Utah is home to some of the finest and innovative tiers on the planet. In addition to FG, you've got Buddy Knight (cleanest/trimest stillwater flies anywhere), Kim Jensen (detailed patterns like no one else), Herb Patterson (stillwater savant), etc. If you want to improve your own tying, don't miss this expo.
I also attend the East Idaho Fly Tying Expo when possible. I can say without exception that the Wasatch Expo every bit the equal in talent. In my book, traveling hundreds of miles for one day with these folks is well worth it.

then Id say you are being too modest.. :-)..
tbh I am very anxious to see some of your work... the flies, the rods etc.. I am a novice in all respects but I love seeing the works of a craftsman...
