Finally received my decal for 2024. First time the USPS returned it for some odd reason. Anyway, for what it is worth, I'm #0004. I'd like to know who as 1, 2, & 3??

BTW- I just took the test and tried to register for the AIS sticker. It now says Resident fees are $25. The Website still says $20. Anyone else encounter this?

This is copied directly off the UDWR website:

The AIS vessel enrollment fee is $20 for Utah residents and $25 for non-resident boaters. This fee must be paid prior to launching your motorized vessel in Utah and can be paid online. The fee helps fund the DWR's Aquatic Invasive Species Program, and more specifically, the watercraft inspection program.

Maybe you registered as a non-resident?  Are you a resident of Utah?
