Deer Creek 5-13-17 - SBennett - 05-15-2017
Trolled first 2 hours at DC saturday morning for walleye and lost one at the back of the boat.
Then switched over to catch trout for a Mothers Day dinner.
Caught all the bows you want on a KCT orange Hot Head at 1.4 mph tipped with Berkely maggot.
Nothing huge but nice and chunky with excellent flesh.

I was at DC on the 6th of May and my partner and I landed 31 rainbows. We were using dodgers and worms. We had several doubles and on triple. Most were in the 10" to 12" range but we did catch several in the 2lb range. The wind and the Power Squadron drove us off the water at Noon. All in all we had a good day.
