Yes. First place is $3k plus the snow dog. These guys put on a good event. I've fished it before and had a good time.

That would be a sweet prize but it's kind of surprising they are giving that and 3k to the first place winner. Seems like those Snow Dogs cost around $3,500 by themselves. That would be over 6k in money and prizes to the first place winner.

Yeah the prizes are great in these tournaments! I do know that in the rules there is a caveat that 400 people must register for full prizes to be awarded. That being said, they do have many outstanding prizes to be won. I know that both of their past visits to Utah there have been multiple prizes left unclaimed due to slow fishing days. But they just had a tournament out in Colorado where people were catching fish like crazy! Just like any fishing, it can be hit or miss. All of that being said, I'm definitely looking forward to winning that Snowdog and the prize money [
] and I'll also fish every tournament of theirs that I can. I really admire the Tightline Outdoors' crew and couldn't say enough good things about them![signature]
