Bird island - Mooseman75 - 06-29-2019
Went to bird island with Jim and my boy Devon on 6/28/19 around 11:00. We fished off the east side and he first 20 minutes Jim thought we should moved as no kitties wanted to play then Devon got a hit. It ended up being a bumper for him at 26”. Then Jim got one. Then Devon got another one he said wore him out fighting, oh a 12 year year old lol.... ended up being a 27” momma with a full belly and another bumper for him. Then Jim got another another one.. then Devon got another one. Finally I got one but it was a dink at maybe 19”. Then I got another dink followed by another. I couldn’t catch anything but dink’s. We finished with catching 6 Jim and myself catching 3 for a total of 12 and we left at 1:00. We got beat up pretty good by my son who outfished us today. He was beaming with pride by that fact but I’m ok with it that’s the way I prefer it.
