Headed out to Willard by freeway bay off bank fishing nota bite finally went over to the outlet south side hooked up with 3 small bull heads and 2 nice carp fun anyway but have carp meat when i need some fun fight lol

Welcome to the site Wando, willard can be tough this time of the year, good thing the outlet area did not let you down.
Were you bait fishing or casting lures in the lake?
