My Strongest Double Palomar Knot For Braid! - ScubaChris - 10-12-2020 My "Go To" Knot! When plugging or surf casting braid a wet braid knot could slip under extreme applied pressure. I've found simply doubling the process of tying a palomar knot works well. For thicker braid you'll need to apply lubrication to the braid to cinch the knot.
