PM's from banned member - Gone Forever - 08-03-2021
Was it just me or did others receive a private message from member "emmajochanson" yesterday? It says that the member is banned but I got the message yesterday afternoon.

Banned because of the PMs, I'd say. You were not alone. There has been a recent spate of scam/spam/porn posts and PMs. Our diligent but unpaid mods are on it.

We had the same thing happen over a month ago but that time there was over 400 of them spamming the site, as fast as Lance and I could purge their accounts they would have five more, this went on for over 24 hours, worse case of spamming I had ever seen on this site. The only thing that helped keep most of you from seeing that mess was that they started at the top of the members list and most of those members are long since gone. This last spammer that you are all talking about only sent PM's to active members, thankfully kentofnsl sent me a PM telling me about it and I was able to purge the account fairly quick. If any of you see this type of spamming in the future, please send a PM to either me or CowboyPirate or both of us, thanks.

No problem Rocky, as long as a least one member reports it, that's what counts and once they are banned, there is no reason to report them then.

I actually got a blister on my finger from purging account s that day. Pretty crazy. Never seen so many pretty girls want to talk "fishing"
