Middle row = 9" to 10"

Good eats coming your way! Curious if you, or anyone else here, has tried eating the perch skeins (egg sacs)? I did this last week and was pleasantly surprised. No fishy taste at all and the texture and flavor reminded me of hush puppies. Definitely makes a haul of 10-15 perch go alot further on the dinner table!

Basically just like you would fry a regular fillet.  Just use your favorite breading.  Dredge in egg, roll in breading, and fry.  You want it to be slightly moist inside when done.  Give it a try!
