Among the restrictions:
- Reduction of secondary water deliveries by 60%.
Reduction of culinary water deliveries by 10%
Once a week outdoor watering.
A delay in the activation of the secondary water system by one month.
Agricultural contracts shaved by 40%.

According to this, the Beaver River drainage is the only one in the state that is looking good and still in the green.
At this point, I'm not sure Willard will even come up three feet this year, not looking good for fishing there lthis Summer.

I've been debating on if I will even plant a garden this year. Right now I don't think I will, other than a few tomato and pepper plants. No pumpkins this year.

With the talk about food prices going through the roof or some not being available at all, my plan is to expand my garden, even if I have to use culinary water to water it. I really don't care about my grass, as a matter of fact I plan on cutting my lawn in half this year and going with a low water landscape plan. The state of Utah has a website that will give you detailed plans on how to do it and in some cases even pay you to make the change over. If you are interested, I can post a link to that website.
