Are road conditions such that you could drive a truck to Soldier Cr Dam?
Is the marina charging parking fees now?

I can state that there's no way to get to Renegade. They have bermed up the road at the turnoff to the Marina.
The Marina is charging $12 to park.
No idea on the Soldier Creek Dam.
