Very nice!
I have a buddy who doesn’t ice fish anymore and has a professionally welded aluminum Smitty with a Frabil shanty included, $250 takes entire package.

Nice job Greg, only thing you might want to try is a solid handle.... At least if you go down any hills and happen to pull it with anything mechanical.... My original rope/conduit handle didn't work out so well when I went down a hill and the smitty crashed into the back of my snowmobile and took out the tail light... Conduit wasn't strong enough to hold back the sled, just one of those lessons the smitty's have taught me over the years... Look forward to seeing that thing work, we'll have to hit Strawberry and give it a try... Later Jeff

Its really nice but what are you carrying on it? Looks like you could carry a car on top of it with all those crossmembers? What does it weigh? Are you pulling that with a machine (I hope) or by hand?

campchief, Propane, kitchen sink. the usual.  it is surprisingly light and when fully loaded it pulls nicely and is not too taxing to pull by hand. (plus I always have my son or son-in-law's with me so they get the opportunity to be the MULE)
