Posting boats - DrownedDesertRat - 06-04-2004 Is it possible to post a boat on eBay without having to pay the huge charges they want? I mean, if I try to sell my boat for $200, I'll be paying half that in their charges. It wouldn't be worthwhile. As a matter of fact, directly from their website: Step 2: Review the fees and submit your listing Fees in this category are fixed. eBay charges sellers a $40.00 insertion fee at the time of listing, and a $40.00 Transaction Services Fee at the time of the first bid on your listing (or if you set a reserve price, at the time of the first bid over that reserve) Please see eBay Fees for details.
