militia question - guppyslayer - 06-25-2004
does anyone know of any militia type organizations in Utah??
with all the recent events, i have this burning desire to somehow do something to become more prepared for what may come to pass on our own soil. I have a hard time convincing myself that at some point in the future there will not be some type of event/s here in the US.
i am not looking for some religious-based organization, just something that cares about this once great country and it's future.
i would guess a PM would be the best method for contact

i would not say this is a great country any more. this is the BEST country in the world, but the moral and social decline i've witnessed in my lifetime breaks my heart.
i would still defend it with my life if need be.

I agree, I keep a posotive outlook, but at the same time my eyes are unfortunately too open sometimes to what has changed. I think a lot of it is just plain people who really don't care about what goes on around them. Helping out wherever you can will help.
