The post-spawn blues are just about over and LBJ is measuring up to it's reputation as a "numbers" lake. For the early bite, work flats and stump rows along creek channels using Terminator buzzbaits, Pop R's, Spit N Image and plastic jerkbaits for some of the best fish of your trip. 1/8 or 1/4 oz. Terminator spinnerbaits, 2" Lit'l Fishie Shads and Ice Tea or<br>watermelon Scoundrel worms fished along boat docks is producing as the sun get up. By mid morning, the action slows down. Start working submerged brushpiles with 3" Super Tubes, 4" Scoundrels and 1/4 oz.
