[size 1]Cut pheasant breast into nugget size pieces. Melt a stick (1/4lb) butter in the fry pan. Roll the pcs. of meat well coated in flour and fry in the butter, turning ocasionally, until done. The flour puts a nice coating on the meat. Salt and pepper to taste[/size]
