1/8 teaspoon of brown sugar 1/2 tablespoon of butter 1/8 teaspoon of garlic 2 Snook filets
Melt your butter.
Add your garlic and brown sugar.
Stir until well mixed.
Brush lightly onto fillets and grill.
Add cole slaw or tossed salad, fresh green beans and hush puppies.
