The Big Mouth Bass are closely resembling the flying fish that jumps into the boat. Average weight this past Monday were 3 to 3 1/2 lbs. They seem to be in shallow water yet. Have been using beatle spin with leeches.

Now there's a technique I haven't even thought of. Using live bait on the beetle spin. Apparently it works for you. I just might have to try it.
I noticed it's been a couple years since you posted. It says you're still a new member. Welcome! I do apologize if you weren't taken in with open arms when you signed up. We're trying to get this place to be more active. Would love if you could help out!
Have you had any luck with fishing during these dog days of summer? Mind sharing your secret? Cuz I'm not having much luck at all.
