6 pound boneless chicken breasts
1 cup apricot jam
1 cup orange juice
3 medium onions, sautéed in 2 tablespoon butter
Place breasts in a baking dish. Mix together jam, bourbon and onions. Pour mixture over breasts. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
Serves 12.
