Baked Halibut, Welsh Style - tubeN2 - 02-10-2005
2 Halibut Steaks, about 1" thick
1 red onion
Milk
Salt & pepper
Butter or margarine
Rinse Halibut and put in a non stick baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut red onion on top of fish. Put a pat of butter on top of the onion. Fill pan up with milk to top of Halibut without covering them. Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours.
