[font "Arial"][size 4][/size][/font]This is good for a picnic or a casual meal.
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 can small green peas
1 can shoe peg corn
1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
Boil vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Let cool, then pour over vegetables and let stand overnight. This is very good!
