Hey I'm new here and thought I'd just jump in if that's okay…Anyone heard this new singer named Shooter Jennings, who is Waylon Jennings' son? My friend who works for Universal gave me a copy of his CD a couple days ago. This guy puts a whole new spin on country music. It's really raw, and it's got a lotta rock in there for the guys who like guns 'n roses, like myself. Anybody else a fan of Shooter? I've listened to shooter before, hes part of the new country outlaw movement, in the same class as Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson, Cowboy Troy, and Mongomery Gentry. I like listeming to Shooters music but he will never get to the level that his old man achived. Shooter will be one of those artist that will never win any awards like male vocalist or entertainer of the year, but in the same setince i perdict that he will win a grammy,
