I am going to yube with my boat for the first time. What should I use? Any suggestion? [crazy]

I havent fished yuba from a boat in years but i know if you are looking for bows they are not that far offshore.At least in the evenings they are not.I only use a jakes lure with silver and red dots.I have caught some huge bows there last friday.One of them was over 5lbs.They are usually around the 3-5lb range out there.If you are trolling i would guess pop gear and a worm would work.You might want to try different depths though.I am heading out there right now and on friday and i will try to make it on sunday too.This cold front that has stayed with us should have brought them in closer to shore.Hope this helps.
