If you realy want some cheep high quality poppers you can make them yourself.
tools needed are
*hand mider saw or coping saw of fine tooth hand saw.
* round rat tail file.
*needle nose plyers
suplies needed
* Foxy Poxy
* disired paint
* Hooks
* feathers if you want to get fancy
cut them to lenth
file to shape
epoxy the hook on
paint
epoxy the whole popper
tie on frillies if you want them
