Following up on Windrivers post on the Daniels thread .... are scents like smelly jelly, spray anise and the like considered bait? I can see the smelly jelly but the spray?

Hey JoyRide, As far as Daniels goes check the proclamation for regulations on artificial flies & lures, I pretty sure it means NO SMELL or Taste, which means no jelly, spray, or even some of the rubber tubes and jigs that are scented or salted.
Say some guys get nailed big time last year, don't know what they were using exactly.

Liquid scents are illegal to use in the "no bait waters".
