strawberry on ice? - fishboy2 - 01-12-2003

Does anyone know what works up at straw berry during the ice season? I don't want to come to the dinner on ice and not catch a thing. Help me out soon.

Old stanbys for years have been foxxee jigs in green and white. Water crickets and small curl tails. Even standard stuff like fireflys and ratfinkees have caught me fish at the berry.

Fallow predators advice. Add wax or meal worms and you'll have the other ice fisherman around you jealous.
