[ul][li]1 pound processed cheese, cut into small pieces [li]13 ounces can evaporated milk [li]4 tablespoons margarine [li]1 teaspoon salt [li]Dash of Tabasco sauce [li]1 teaspoon dry mustard[/li][/ul]
Melt all ingredients in heavy saucepan or double boiler over medium heat. Pour into containers; let cool. Use on crackers or in recipes calling for Cheez Whiz.
