There were quite a few guides down at the ISE, some had some fairly reasonable prices posted.

I dont know if good elk guide and reasonably priced have ever been in the same sentence before. One bet is to get in touch with CWMU land owners to see what they know.

If you are rich and want a good shot at a 350+ bull, look in Arizona, Nevada, or Utah.
If you are looking for a less expensive hunt I would look at doing a self guided or a "drop" hunt with a guide in Idaho. Unfortunately,
elk hunting has become a rich mans sport. However, I put in for as
many draws as possible and have did all right.
