Echo or Rockport ? - FishingWaters - 01-30-2003 Has any one been to Echo or Rockport in the last week? I’m going to be tacking two of my brother-in-laws on there second Ice fishing trip. I took them to Hyrum Last year and they enjoyed it. Where would you recommend for catching fish?[cool] [signature] Re: [FishingWaters] Echo or Rockport ? - Teroy - 01-30-2003 I believe this is the latest report from echo http://www.bigfishtackle.com/cgi-bin/gforum/gforum.cgi?post=25723 Good luck and let us know how you do![] [signature] Re: [FishingWaters] Echo or Rockport ? - FISHINCHIC - 01-31-2003 I went to Echo yesterday the weather and the fishing was great. There is about 5 feet of open water around the edges, we had to pile up some rocks to get across, but once your out, the ice is about 6-8 inches. Caught about 150 perch between 7 of us in 4 hours, and 5 rainbows, all about 18 inches. happy fishing! I'm getting some office work done before leaving later this morning. [signature] |
