South Dakota Releases 2007 Fishing Handbook - FishNews - 12-21-2006
To help whet the appetite of anglers for the coming year, South Dakota has released its 2007 Fishing Handbook, which has regulation information, details on specific waters and regional fishing outlooks.
To access the Handbook, visit South Dakota's Game and Fish Department website from its website, www.sdgfp.info.
Dec. 15 marked the start of a new licensing year for the S.D. Game, Fish and Parks Department. 15 the 2007 general hunting and fishing licenses became available. The licenses are good through Jan. 31, 2008. The 2006 licenses are valid through Jan. 31, 2007, but stopped being sold after Dec. 14.
The licenses can be purchased through the GFP website, or from license agents across the state. A list of the agent locations is available on the website.
