Very Basic Batter - tubeN2 - 01-27-2007
110 gm self raising flour
1/2 tsp salt
150 ml water plus 1 Tbsp
Method :
Just sift the flour and salt in to a mixing bowl, then gradually add the water, whisking continuously until the batter is smooth and free from lumps.
