Cream Sauce Over Pasta - tubeN2 - 01-29-2007
1 lb pasta cooked and drained
1 tbl soy margarine
2 tbl whole wheat flour
1 cup soy milk
3 tbl nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp basil to 1 tsp
1/2 tsp thyme to 1 tsp
1/2 tsp dill to 1 tsp
1/2 tsp garlic powder to 1 tsp
salt and pepper to taste
10 oz frozen kale
Method :
Heat all ingredients (except pasta) together in pan over medium heat, stirring often, until kale is done. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and serve.
