Check out my Ririe report--I hope it helps. I hear Mackay is doing well, and usually produces fish (kokes) until mid-February. Ashton was horrible about two weeks ago, only iced two in two hours. Generally a great season, so get out there and give it a shot.

Been fishing the river in Idaho Falls between Pancheri bridge and the third powerplant and it has been pretty consistent. Lots of planter rainbows mixed in with a few browns and rocky mountain bonefish. Got skunked at Gem lake two weeks ago so I haven't been back. Pali
es has been on fire for three weeks if you can handle a whole lot of slush and snow on the ice and horrible shore ice. Haven't been to Ririe yet but heard it is fishing well.[signature]

Give us some free pub in the paper and maybe the traffic will increase here.
I know there are a lot of people out there ice fishing who check this board. It would be good to have some more reports and stories.
I will be glad to personally take you on an ice fishing expedition if you are willing. I know from your stories in the paper that it is not likely to happen.[

It always amazes me when I post a report and see that 100 people have looked at it but no one wants to say boo about it. That is why I try and say something on any post with 0 replies. I consider Idaho, Utah and Wyoming boards local because I fish all three states, so it makes sense to support their sites. Most people don't understand that it makes a better fishing board if people talk or in this case write back and forth. It encourages people to post more and builds the board through friendly conversation and its a great way to make new friends and fishing buddies. Of course that is just my opinion. WH2

I've been busy with other stuff so I haven't had time to go fishing yet this month. I'm going in the morning and probably one or two days next week and I'll post a few reports.
