The only knot tying tool I have ever had is the other one you displayed a while back. ....... Most people us a loop to loop connection.Whip a loop in your fly line and tie another in your leader. When you're done follow these simple instruction on how to connect them. Had given one of them to my Dad, but he stopped fishing a while back, and gave his back to me. Don't use it when fly fishing, but do use it when fishing other types of methods. I find it practical since in cold weather my "old" fingers, and my eye sight (even with glasses on) make it hard to get that line looped into the hole(s).
