next week they are stocking the pond with more than 8000 rainbow trout every 2 weeks until the end of febuary i have never fished for trout before what do i need for fishing for trout baits line ect

Honestly I think out of everything previously stated, you aught to try first with the ol nightcrawler and jet puff marshmallow. Really effective for the stocker bows.

It depends are you fishing from shore or in a boat? in a boat trolling a nightcrawler about 50 feet out. You can flatline or add some weight about 3/4 once is plenty for stockers. Good luck[Image: happy.gif]
