[cool][#0000ff]I was thinking that the weather/wind had probably opened up Yuba a bit. So, I sent an email to Jeff Rasmussen, manager at Yuba. Here is his reply:[/#0000ff]

The west side off of I-15 is completely ice free. The ramp is open and ready to use. Painted Rocks was still 95% ice covered when I left today at 4.
