Im thinking of going night fishing to Castaic since they permit 24 hour fishing. Anyone ever been there for some night fishing?
Any tips for night fishing?

Castaic is very good at night. You can only fish from the lower lake or the Lagoon as they call it. There is a fishing pier on the East side of the Lagoon. It is open 24 hours.
Trout are still biting until the water warms up a bit. Bass are good there and Catfish are the evening delight.
