I shure hope this was not some sort of sabotage from another tournyman. I shutter to think thay someone would be so desprate to resort to these tactics.

that is weird ! the only way i see that happining is he must have been trying to clear his prop of debris , throwing it into reverse and than wham .
i've had mine vibrate loose before , i corrected it by drilling a small hole in the disks that clamp onto the boat ( from the inside )and put in a woodscrew to hold it in place .
