Release tackle crankbait - Bjorn - 10-03-2009

I´ve tried fishing with this release tackle with good results. With this design I can use smaller treblehooks, size 2 instead of 3/0. Smaller , thinner and sharper hooks means easier hooking. That allows me to use a lighter and softer rod. The fish cant use the big bait to help with bending lose.
I use the same tackle and just shift the bait when fishing, this means that no hooks needed on the baits in the box.

Enyone tried something like this?

Never seen anything like that before. I will definitely give that a try though. Thanks for the tip.
