Does anybody know how far out the San Diego Boats are limiting out on Albackore.

I am not really sure on miles but the over nighters and above are the only boats getting into steady bites. the all day boats are just barely getting to them.

Hi there Booyaa1,
According to reports yesterday some overnighters were coming in with near limits. Monday, a number of 1 day boats claimed limit honors down in San Diego. I haven't heard from the Blue Horizon for a while. The weekend saw PB'ers getting fish big time as they were within less than 90 miles of Point Loma.
Sorry, I not a tuna angler so I don't follow anything but the general trend.
Some of the 2 day boats were getting monster albies and a few BFT in their counts. Today the reports were talking about football size area with albacore.
Those darn fish wanna break your heart with their here today and gone tomorrow attitude. All they do is (have to do) is swim around real fast with their mouths open. ha ha
