I haven't heard it, but that doesn't mean any thing either. What kind of a problem do they have that prompted this action? I've never heard of them doing that before.

the resivoir is at 6% of capacity. They do not want to waste the fish to the heat, they would rather anglers harvest them.

Somebody posted a report recently saying the water was only a few feet deep.
