LAKE BUCHANAN: Water clear; 85 degrees; 1014.78':
Largemouth are fair until mid-morning along shaded bluff banklines in 8'-20' of water using 7" watermelon/red Snap Back worms (www.terminatorlures.com) 7" watermelon Scally Wag worms and green pumpkin Whacky Stick www.cremelure.com). Deep running crankbaits like a Frenzy Deep Diver will produce over submerged brush and rockpiles in 20' channels.
Stripers are fair in 30' tightlining live bait and trolling 1/2 oz. Hyper Striper jigs(www.kgenterprise.com) along dam. Minimal topwater action along mainlake points.
White Bass are slow along mainlake points very early vertically jigging Pirk Minnows and chrome Tiny Traps(www.rat-l-trap.com).
Crappie are slow on minnows over brushpiles in 15' of water.
