New Fishing Setup - AnglerSam - 06-07-2011 Hey everyone, back with another question. Since my pole is really bad, and my tackle box has seen better days with half of it dumped in a lake [frown], I have required a need for some new fishing equipment. Does anyone here want to give me a good starter setup that is not too expensive ($50-$100). I am mainly a pond fisher that catches mainly catfish, bass, and crappie. Thanks! I have bought a lot of fishing gear over the years but some of the Rods and Reels that I started off with were made by Zebco, they are inexpensive and good quality for your average pond fishing. You can buy them at Wally World for less than $40 depending on the combo but the ones with the Zebco 33 were the ones I liked. Good luck, no matter what you choose. [signature] |
