how much is it to register a 14ft aluminum boat with a 8hp motor in utah? the boat and motor is like mid to late 80's

Mine cost me about $35 this year. 14' ,old boat. Taxes will be the most on anything like that if you are doing it for the first time....the registration costs should be under $40.

On motors under 25 hp, you are just licensing the BOAT, not the motor. And it will be the same as for these pontoons with motors...$37. I think they generalized it instead of going off year.

Just keep in mind, taxes are killer. I bought a 12 ft this year. Registration was around $40, taxes and other generic screw you fees put the total up north of $100 i believe.
