Hey gentlemen!! Had my fish fry tonight and it was great. My grandfather taught me a new recipe that was absolutely great. All we did was salt the fish down really good. After that we took buttermilk in one bowl and corn meal in another. Just take the fish and dip it in buttermilk then once it is coated with that the coat it with corn meal, then deep fry. It was GREAT!! Talk to you fella's soon. Great fishing till then!!!
