Unbelievable. Actually, not really. But the F&G system has some holes in it if a poacher on probation can go buy a license and tag.
I really hope he's insane enough to run for Guvnah again. That could be fun.

If you noticed, he bought the tag but was then cited for having done so. So rather than F&G having holes in it I see it more as they just gave him enough rope to hang himself with [
