Flasher question - crappie_rangler - 11-24-2011 Looking at getting a flasher fish finder for the hard deck season. I have a graph finder now but need advice on a flasher. Looking at something that isnt too technical. The 2 I am looking at are a Humminbird ice 45 and maybe a Vexilar fl-18. Anything will help. I received this unit for Christmas last year and it has been great. The adjustable zoom is a must have, the digital depth read out is sweet, the battery lasts for multiple trips. I can see both my jig and the bait tipped on the jig which makes very useful when the fishies steal it. :-) Good luck on your decision I know its tough to decide but you won't be displeased with the Ice-55.
