[url "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1FXOZ-64JM"][/url] Here is a video of a walnut replica of a lady fish my daughter caught. I like to use a knot in the wood for the eye. Check with a local saw mill for wood that is seconds. The knots won't hurt you at all and sometimes are very helpful. I only use Tung Oil for the finish. Wipe it on heavy and wipe it off, usually about 4 coats.
